If a municipality makes a formal decision, the decision should state whether and how you can object. The normal administrative-law sequence can include <em>bezwaar<\/em> and then <em>beroep<\/em>. First use the public body&#8217;s own complaint procedure where required. Depending on the municipality, the competent external ombudsman may be a local\/regional ombudsman or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationaleombudsman.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nationale ombudsman<\/a>.
